Product Overview: The Rexroth A10V series control valves are the “brains” that determine the output characteristics of variable displacement piston pumps. These regulators are specifically engineered for A10VSO (Stationary) and A10VO (Mobile) pumps, supporting all major displacements from 18cc to 140cc across Series 31 and Series 52. By integrating or fine-tuning DFR (Load Sensing), DRG (Remote Pressure Control), or DFLR (Power Control) valves, you can minimize energy consumption, achieve precise operational response, and provide critical overload protection for engines and motors. Featuring high-precision spools, these valves ensure exceptional repeatability and stability under extreme pressure cycles.
Key Control Functions:
DFR / DFR1 (Load Sensing Control): Senses the actual load pressure at the actuator and automatically modulates flow to stay just above demand. This minimizes overflow losses and drastically reduces oil temperature.
DRG (Remote Pressure Compensator): Enables remote setting of the maximum pump pressure via an external pilot relief valve, ideal for complex systems requiring multi-stage pressure switching.
DFLR (Pressure/Flow/Power Triple Control): Incorporates swashplate position feedback to the load-sensing logic, ensuring total pump power does not exceed the driver’s rated capacity—preventing engine stalling.
